The strategy
The wheel, run on rules
Premium Harvester runs the wheel: sell puts on stocks you'd be happy to own, and sell calls on the shares you end up with. Each step collects premium.
Sell a cash-secured put
Collect premium for agreeing to buy 100 shares at the strike.
Get assigned, or keep the premium
If the stock closes below the strike you own the shares. If not, the premium is yours and you sell another put.
Sell a covered call
Collect premium on the shares, at a strike above what you paid.
Get called away, and start again
Your shares sell at the strike. Back to step 1 with the cash.
